We build each piece with intention. If something isn't right, we want to make it right.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible, items must be unworn and unwashed, in original condition with tags attached, and free of odors, stains, or signs of wear. Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Sale items and limited curriculum releases are final sale. These pieces are produced in intentionally limited quantities. All sales on marked items are final.

EXCHANGES

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery for a different size of the same item, subject to availability. If your size is no longer available, we will issue store credit.

HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

Email duetheknwlge@gmail.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return or exchange, and the reason. We will respond within 48 hours with next steps. Do not ship items back without confirmation — unrequested returns cannot be processed.

REFUNDS

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will cover all costs to make it right.
